Christmas At Chorley Library 2018

Come one, come all to our fantastic Christmas event at Chorley Library!

Pop down from 10am on Saturday 15th December for a Christmas mini market with handmade and independent local sellers, crafts and fun for kids, and then at 12pm we have the incredible Sing It Big choir to serenade us with carols and festive hits!

As always we'll have refreshments available, some come down and grab a hot chocco, a brew and a mince pie!

Come To Our AGM & Coffee / Cake Social

We'd really love to see you at our AGM and Coffee & Cake Social on the weekend of November 17th! We'll be having a meeting and doing some Friends Group housekeeping first, before moving on to a relaxed chance to chat and talk about exciting plans for the new year in the library! See you there! Truth And Fantasy Exhibition

We have had an amazing exhibition on at Chorley Library! Truth and Fantasy, which was on until 28th July. The exhibition was curated by @MartynLukey @artunpacked @chrysalisarts and featuring art by the likes of @dartzee, @pen_dav &and @simonwoolham! Open Mic & Gin Bar At Chorley Library #3

Despite clashing with the Liverpool football final, we had an amazing third Open Mic Night at Chorley Library! With some incredibly talented local musicians, and the return of our very popular gin bar, we had an incredible evening of music and community - all whilst raising money to support our incredible library. Here's to many more!

Quiz Night & Buffet!

We're so excited to tell you about our next event, a fantastic quiz night on Thursday January 25th running from 7pm-10pm at Chorley Library.

We have a brilliant quiz for you, covering all kinds of topics! So head down in your own teams (max 6 people) or even by yourself and we'll find some lovely people for you to team up with! 

We'll have a break in the middle where you can grab yourself some free dinner from a fabulous buffet, as well as unlimited free hot drinks and soft drinks all included in the £5 per person ticket price (pay on the door).

We have an incredible hamper up for grabs for first place, as well as some lovely treats for runners up (and maybe a little booby prize if things don't go your way!).

As usual all money raised goes to supporting our library and putting on brilliant new events for you - so come and show us what you've got, Chorley!
